Conditions We Treat
We provide assessment and support for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), insomnia, and other mood disorders. Each condition is carefully evaluated using clinical assessment and individualized care planning to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations tailored to each patient’s needs.
Depressive Disorders
Depression is a mental health condition that causes ongoing sadness, loss of interest in activities, low energy, and changes in sleep, appetite, or concentration. It can affect daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety is a condition where a person feels excessive worry, fear, or nervousness that is difficult to control. It may also cause physical symptoms such as a fast heartbeat, restlessness, or muscle tension.
Panic Disorder
Panic disorder involves sudden and repeated panic attacks. These are intense episodes of fear that can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, sweating, and a feeling of losing control, often without warning.
Bipolar I Disorder
Bipolar II Disorder
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Bipolar I disorder is a mental health condition that causes extreme mood changes, including episodes of very high energy and activity (mania) and episodes of depression.
Bipolar II disorder involves cycles of depression and less severe “high-energy” periods called hypomania. These mood changes can affect daily functioning and relationships.
ADHD is a condition that affects focus, attention, and self-control. People with ADHD may feel easily distracted, restless, or act impulsively in daily situations.
Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a serious mental health condition that can affect how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. It may include hearing or seeing things that others do not, confusing thoughts, or difficulty telling what is real.
PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
PTSD can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It may involve flashbacks, nightmares, feeling on edge, avoiding reminders of the trauma, and emotional distress.
Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep problem where a person has difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting restful sleep. It can lead to tiredness, irritability, and trouble focusing during the day.
