New Patient Process

INTAKE PROCESS
After booking, new patients complete an intake form prior to their first visit. This includes providing important information about symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.

INITIAL EVALUATION
The first visit is a comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric evaluation. It includes diagnostic assessment, discussion of concerns, and development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs.

Follow-up visits last 20–30 minutes and focus on monitoring progress, managing symptoms, and adjusting treatment when needed. Stable patients may have brief 10–15 minute visits for medication refills and ongoing maintenance care.
